We’ll deliver and pick up the rented item(s) to and from your location. After your rental, we take care of extensive cleaning in accordance with the highest hygiene standards after which, the items are available for rent again.

Does Swarovski Rental hold a security deposit?

No, we do not block any amount as a security deposit.

For how long can I rent the Item(s) and what is the pricing policy?

The price to rent an item is defined per day, from 2 days up to 20 days. The longer you rent, the lower the price per day.

What does the insurance coverage for Swarovski Rental items include?

The rental coverage includes normal wear and tear, determined by Swarovski's sole discretion. This may include minor stains, or other minor damage covered by the rental coverage.

What happens if I damaged the Swarovski Rental Item beyond normal wear and tear or is lost it?

In this case, we could charge a replacement fee at the equivalent of the retail price, as stated in our terms and conditions at  https://www.rent-swarovski.ae/. Contact us on info@rent-swarovski.ae or via 800 772 7553 (800 SPARKLE)

Unfortunately, the option to purchase the rented item without returning it is not available. However, you have the opportunity to buy the item brand-new after your rental period directly on our website or at our physical store(s). For more details, please visit Swarovski.ae.

Unfortunately, you don’t earn MUSE points when you rent Swarovski items.

Unfortunately, you cannot rent Swarovski items with your MUSE points.

Can I use my existing Swarovski.ae account? 

The Swarovski Rent experience requires a unique account, different from your Swarovski account.

You can cancel your order directly in your account as long as the order has not been shipped. Please contact our customer service on info@rent-swarovski.ae or via 800 772 7553 (800 SPARKLE) in case you need assistance.

The item(s) will be delivered to your location on the first day of the rental period between 9 am and 9 pm. We don't support store pick up.

Can I pick up and / or return the item(s) to the store myself?

We will deliver and pick up your item(s) to and from your location. You don’t need to come to our store to collect or return your item(s).

How do I prepare the items for the return collection?

Return the item(s) back in their original condition like you received them. Please make sure you give the item(s) to our courier yourself and don’t leave them unsupervised.

What happens if I delay returning the Product after the agreed-upon period?

Swarovski Rent is entitled to bill the customer for each day of late return, along with any expenses incurred. After a 10-day delay, the product is considered lost, and Swarovski Rent may charge the full value of the product, T&C applied.

When will the item(s) be collected for return?

The item(s) will be collected from your location for return by our courier one day after the last day of your rental period, between 9 am and 9 pm. This means that if you rent for 4 days, we will pick up your item(s) on the 5th day. You are not charged for this extra day. We don't support store returns.

We deliver on the first day of your rental period. Deliveries are made on weekends and holidays as well. We don't support store pick up.

We pick up your item(s) from your location one day after the end of your rental period. We don't support store returns.

Swarovski is unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Swarovski Crystal is a delicate material that must be handled with special care. To ensure that your Swarovski product remains in the best possible condition over an extended period of time, please observe the advice below to avoid damage:

Jewellery:

Store your jewellery individually in the original packaging or a soft pouch to avoid damage.
Polish your jewellery frequently with a lint free cloth to maintain its original sparkling condition.
Our recommendation is, to always place the jewellery on last, as a finishing touch to an outfit.
And don’t forget to remove your Swarovski jewellery before washing your hands, swimming or using products such as perfume, hairspray, soap, or lotion. Such products may harm the metal, cause discoloration or cause a loss of crystal brilliance.
Avoid contact that may scratch or chip the crystal.
